The Defender Combat Pant™ Gen 1 uses a high-density ripstop tactical fabric, engineered with a reinforced grid structure that actively stops tears from spreading. If the fabric is cut or stressed, the ripstop weave locks the damage in place instead of letting it run.
Unlike ordinary trousers that weaken over time, this fabric is designed for constant kneeling, friction and aggressive movement. It resists tearing, does not fray at the edges and maintains its structure even after repeated use in rough terrain. The material stays breathable, does not overheat and won’t turn stiff during long wear, giving you durability without sacrificing comfort or performance.

Velcro adjustment points behind the knees and on the rear hem (both sides) allow you to fine-tune the fit to your body and boots. This keeps the trousers stable, prevents fabric flapping and improves comfort during movement and long wear.

The Defender Combat Pant™ Gen 1 is designed to be used with removable tactical knee pads — and we include a high-resistance pair for free. These knee pads are built to last and normally retail for £14.99, meaning you’re getting added protection without paying extra.
When you’re not using the knee pads, an integrated flap covers the knee opening, keeping the design clean, comfortable and protected.
