2. Conditions for an Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product must not have been worn, washed, or altered

It must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging

The reason for exchange must be communicated in writing within 30 days of delivery
3. How to Request an Exchange
Please email us at support@tacticalthread.co.uk with your order number and specify which item you would like to exchange (e.g. different size or colour).
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide detailed return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, while shipping of the replacement item is free of charge.
4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged:

Worn, damaged, or soiled items

Underwear or intimate garments (for hygiene reasons)

Personalised or custom-made products
5. Availability of Replacement Items
If the requested replacement item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund for the returned product instead.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the product.
In such cases, TacticalThread will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement immediately.
