1. Shipping Regions
We currently deliver to all regions within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the UK at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number (where available).
3. Delivery Time
The average delivery time across the UK is 5–9 business days from the shipping date.
Please note that during peak periods (e.g. holidays, promotional events, or courier delays), delivery times may be extended slightly.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free UK delivery on all orders — no minimum spend required.
There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges at checkout.
5. Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped within the United Kingdom are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, local taxes or import fees may apply — these are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear on the courier’s website.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a delivery point, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for re-shipment.
