🇬🇧 Right of Withdrawal – TacticalThread UK

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party authorised by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TacticalThread, 22 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AJ, United Kingdom, Email: support@tacticalthread.co.uk) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the withdrawal form template provided below, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
